i see plenty of those guys weaving in and out of traffic at 90mph thinking they are race car drivers. The scary thing is their cars are on hacked together suspension that looks like it handles worse than my wife's SUV. It is amazing they survive for any amount of time.

I'm with Porsche 87, his window is down ASAP when he gets lit up.
That said, I used to know a guy who had a frame around his license plate that said "Hell Yeah I Street Race!!" and he drove an old 5.0 Mustang that was all tuned out, and I'm thinking...I bet has never gotten a warning in his life.
