I'm about to be Porsche-less for a while, now. But next time, I'd really like to get something old school, like a late SC. There's an Anniversary Silver one around here that never fails to turn my head...

In about four years, I'll be in the market for the just released Boxster. GT3 997 would be amazing, but it would be wasted on me. I don't track the car.

Presumably the 2013 Cayman will look as great, so that very well might be my next toy. I'm certainly keeping the 4S though, not really worth selling at ~$25-$30k or whatever it will be worth.

So, did you sell your 996 Bruce? I saw my old 79' SC yesterday(I sold it in 1998) and it still looks great.

I've NEVER understood WHY somebody says this! This should pertain to ANYTHING YOU BUY! Just like buy the Newest Model you can afford, WHY just because it's the Latest Greatest model doesn't mean it the Best or Best Looking model. Just look over on the air-cooled forums & I'm sure they could give you a few reasons WHY Newer is not always the Best! jmo

groov, are you just looking to add to the stable or are you going to sell the one you have now?
