I have a 99 C2 Cab with 18" factory Turbo Twists and the offsets are 50 front and 65 rear. My wheels are 7-1/2" wide front and 10" rear. The 8" and 10.5" widths you mention should be no problem and the tire size should be OK but I'm not sure what these wheels came off. Maybe a Boxster with those offsets.

That's a narrowbody 996 fitment. You'll have to add 18mm spacers to the back to make them work on a Boxster/Cayman. If used on a 996 a 7mm up front can't hurt.
