I'm not certain, but it might be a "stopper"

I don't think that's the plastic part for the carpet. That's a metal screw that holds on the rigid panel that's directly behind the rear seats.

If this is a Cabriolet that we're talking about then, yes it probably is 999 703 432 40. But the parts diagram is really vague there.
