You are doing the car a favor - they need to be driven, they love to be driven. A young guy at work has parents who keep a 2006S in the garage, he says like almost under saran wrap. I busted him for months to help his parents out and drive the car, today he had my ear about the great drive he had over the weekend, sounds like his parents took the wrap off and let him help them out.

So enjoy it, and hopefully you will treat the car with respect as well.

I will be washing and waxing it tomorrow. The car is in perfect condition and does not require any work according to a good indy we have. It received new tires 3 weeks ago. It still had the original pirelli's. Everyone in the family considers the car mine since I drive it the most so who knows maybe I can purchase it for a reduced price. The funny thing is, I take better care of cars than anyone in the family. I wash my car every week and wax it every 1-2 months. I love the P-Car. Haha sadly the chick magnet was removed when my girlfriend got in it haha. Too bad she doesn't want to go anywhere in it because she thinks its too flashy and pompous.

Remind your parents to do the IMS upgrade while they are replacing the clutch after your "learning" experience.

@Cornbread: I already know how to drive a clutch, I learned many years ago and never had a problem. It is just good to stay current.
Haha yea it could be easier to change her, but maybe she will change her mind. Let me guess Gonzo911, pics of it didn't happen?
