Default pss10 compared to bilstein sports (B8)

Hi guys,
so my suspension headaches are

I am currently running the bilstein sport shocks (B8) on the stock C4S springs. I am finding two things wrong
1. very harsh esp over hwy seams, cracks etc.
2. bouncy/twisty on bumpy mountain roads or hwy on ramps.
I understand (now) that the B8 dampers are designed for lowering springs. this isn't an option as the car is driven all year round.
My questions are to anyone who has experience with the pss10 vs. the sports, i am worried that the softest setting on the pss10s will still be stiffer than the sports.
can anyone provide any experience? my other thought was getting the current dampers re-valved.

I have pss9, the softest setting is just as soft as the stock... no worries as a DD in this setting.

I have the PSS10's and the ride is quite acceptable. I have never set them above about 6. You should know the the PSS10's lower the car about an inch.
