New member and First Mod!
I have been a Porsche fanatic ever since I received my first ride in a 993 when I was 12 years old. Two years ago, I fulfilled my dream and purchased a 1999 996 after countless years of searching for this car which had all the mods that I was looking for in a 996. However, after researching these forums, I decided to invest in Fister D exhaust and I sent my cores in three weeks ago.
I drove my 996 yesterday for the first time with my new Fister D's and was approached on the highway going 70+ with a guy in a Ford Truck honking his horn. I tried to ignore him but he was extremely persistent. I finally rolled down my window and he pointed to his ear and said "your ride sounds awesome!". After that incident, I am confident I made a good choice in my first mod!
