Up for sale is a 3 spoke steering wheel out of my 996. The only reason I'm selling this is because I have installed a cup car steering wheel in my car. The wheel is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, etc. This is the more durable vinyl version, with a matching black vinyl airbag.

I'm asking $700 shipped.

Wouldn't it be wiser of you to keep it and replace it when/if you sell the car. That way you have the cup car wheel for the newer version? Just a thought. BTW Nice deal for someone.

Well, my car is stripped out hehe. No carpet, no interior panels, gt3 racing seats, 6 point harnesses, gt3 rs roll cage, etc. There is no turning back............

How do people ship these? I recall reading a few threads where the airbags caused problems when shipping, they are considered hazmat/explosive because of the airbags.

I think once it is very very well packed everything should be fine....... There are thousand and thousands of airbags sold and shipped on Ebay and other used parts retailers without incident....... I've also bought and sold a number of steering wheel/airbag combos over the years without any trouble.....
