Wiper blades that fit good?
#3
last year it was 35 for a pair then a month or so ago it was 65 from the dealer. I'll ask for a free sprayer alignment with the blades next time
I could of sworn there was supposed to be some sort of refill blades that are cheap like $10. I tried store bought and they didn't seem to good. Only refill porsche has is the metal portion inclued for 65.

anyone try the new Rain-X conforming blades. Dont like the passenger side fit for the straight blades. OEMs are curved and cannot find refills. Porsche pissed me off at $65. P-Car maintenance items are rediculous.

I'm kind of surprised the rubber inserts aren't available as replacement, rather than throwing out the whole blade assembly along with the rubber inserts when that is the only part that wears out, it just seems to be a bit of a waste.

On my wife's Benz (24" single wiper) I went to Canadian Tire and bought a full blade with the same rubber profile, stripped the rubber out of the new blade and put it in the old frame. Works great and it was only about $15. Way cheaper than the dealer price.

I bought a set of the OEM blades with the curved passenger side (yes it does make a difference, I had not had the curved one for many years and now having one does improve the wipers performance in heavy rains) from Koperformance.com and they were only about $30, half the price of the stealer and lower than any other source I found by $10 or more.
