Interior color may be have been a condition set by the courts to enable the exec to own a turbo. Green has a nice, calming affect. Radio preset to only play elevator muzak.

I believe the official name for that interior color is "nephrite green". I don't find it especially attractive, but I'm not the one who ordered or bought it!

Porsche must have decided to use this car internally because they couldn't sell it.
I must say I can live with it for $ 30K & a gallon of black leather dye.

I saw an interior this color about a year ago when I was looking for my current 996. A deal breaker no doubt.

Come on man! The P car is like pants you wear when golfing. Maybe there's statistics backing up color schemes like that get you out of tickets
Oh yah, if you can't beat the turbo don't knock it

Hey, this is always the hottest car in town on one day per year anyway - St. Paddy's Day!
Seriously though, I find that cars with these strange color combos usually sell at a nice discount - so it's a buyer's market on this one.

I don't find the interior color to be that bad.......... The exterior looks SICK btw. Anyways, nephrite green wouldn't be my first choice but if I found a car I liked and could get a really good deal on it I probably wouldn't make a big fuss about the color. Anyhow I'd be looking to swap in some euro GT3 seats in which case the black leather wouldn't look to bad with the green interior. I think the car being a tiptronic is more of a deal breaker for me......
