Darn I thought it was going to be the ram air kit that goes on the roof.

Never seen those english kits. Unless you are increasing the valve ports and valves sizes I'd stay away from anything saying it opens up the flow. Increasing the ports and valves gets you higher rpm power but start taking away from lower end torque just like putting a larger intake plenum would do.
