New 996 C2 Owner saying Hi!
Hi everyone:
New 2002 996 C2 Owner, but not a newbie! I have owned 6 Porsches over the last 25 years. Started off with a '84 944, then '86 928S, then '82 911sc, then '98 Boxster, then '02 996TT, and now after 4 years of being Porscheless, a 2002 911C2 in Speed Yellow (I was told they are the fastest C2 , hence the name speed yellow)
Along the way I have owned BMW 323i, Lotus Esprit V8, E46 BMW M3, and a few others
Bought from a forum member Joel Pirela.
I read all the Porsche Forums, don't post much!

Welcome to 996ville. Your car is a real head turner. I almost bought a speed yellow 996 a few months ago but ended up buying my meridian metallic example. The interior looks great with the carbon fiber and matching yellow trim.

Love the speed yellow. Always one of my favorite Porsche colors although it can't be owned/operated by a driver who is uncomfortable being the center of attention. Great looking car - congratulations and welcome!

Your new Porsche looks very nice. Welcome back to the fold. When you have a chance would you compare the C2 to your turbo regarding power and handling. Just wondering out loud whether this beautiful SY lacks in power or handling. Thanks.
