RUF vs. Gemballa mufflers
Hello guys and girls,
I want to know does anyone have a sound clip of RUF mufflers or possibly Gemballa type as well for a narrow body 996? Which one would be lighter too?
I haven't heard anyone buy one for a non-turbo yet so I would like to hear it so I can make a decision soon.
Thanks

Just have the PSE muffler hack done to your mufflers.
Great sound and MUCH cheaper than those mufflers....and no drone at cruise speeds!
Did mine and glad I did...

I had Gemballa on my 99 and PSE on the 01. PSE was night and day better. I've heard the RUF's many times - even better IMO but pricey. Fister's sound as close to the RUF's as I've ever heard. I have Stage III on my 993 and I love them.

The reason is because my Indy said stick to German exhaust if possible. Krom the video isn't working do you have the link?
I heard PSE hack is good but I had no idea they sound as good as the RUF's. Fister maybe the way to go then hmm.. are they lighter than stock mufflers? I want to make the rear of the 911 as light as possible for an exhaust setup and still have that European sound.
