If you like it, the PPI checks out, and that price range is what you can afford, pull the trigger and don't regret it.
You could agonize over +/- $3k or $5K and end up losing this car and not find another one this clean for months to come. Life is short, every day sooner you're driving a 911 the better.

X51 is an amazing engine. Way stronger and freer revving than the specs appear vs std engine(I've had both in my car). If I was ordering a new 911, I would sacrifice every comfort and convenience feature to get the X51 option! Clean PPI = go for it! Congrats, you're going to love it!
