Default Hankook tires

I recently fitted Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 tires to my '99. My initial impressions about them are good; i.e., good turn-in, quiet ride, etc. I am not a hard driver, so we'll see how they work out over the long term.

I just got 2 of these: NANKANG NS-II....just giving you an option.
I do not track the car, and have heard/read good reviews for daily driving on the highway.
Will be installing this weekend. Cannot beat the price...105 each (rears)

Thank's for all replyes.

So S1 would work on 996, but will those be better than PZero Rosso?
Price difference is only ~150eur....

This car is driven hard, and tracked.

So why noit V12. I have them on my Audi S4 and now on my 996. The only downside I see with them are that the sidewalls are not as strong as say my Michelin PSS. I think they are stickier than the PSS and more predictable in handling all the way until they break loose.
That being said, the PSS are a little better in wet and light snow (experience in my S4) . The V12 are a better dry condition tire in my opinion.

V12 are a great street tire for the price. I do find that they lack a little response compared to PS2 or DZ1 but they do have lots of grip. They are smooth riding. I don,t think they work well for autox but they are great for DD.
