So is mine, noted as an option on the sticker and on delivery note. No in-dash switch. '02 C4S too

Here's what that looks like to me:

C07 ?
XJB Rear section of center console painted silver (arctic silver for the 996 color code 92U)
X71 Aluminum painted instrument dials
X97 Aluminum/leather shift ****
X98 Aluminum/leather parking brake handle
288 Headlight washers
601 Litronic headlights (non-Turbo)
662 PCM (Porsche Communication Management) navigation system
692 Remote CD changer (6-disc)

It doesn't look like you have OEM sport exhaust. It must have been added later. I can't tell if you have it from the photos.

C07 looks like a country code. It appears to be Italy.

The code for the PSE is XLF.

'tis an Italy car initially - good spot ;-)

am sure there's no sports exhaust - just pleasantly pleased at the raspy/burbly note at low speed :-)

thought the 4S had a few of those options as standard - 601/662/692 - glad i've got them. what's the difference between litronic on a 4s and a turbo???

Would need to see pics from underneath the car pointing up the exit side of your mufflers to tell. Those pics only show the exhaust pipes

My car is super quiet when the PSE is turned off. I don't know if PSE off is exactly the same as stock exhaust but it doesn't sound burbly at low speed at all. It sounds more like a Mercedes

The turbo headlights have a smooth silver finish while the C4S headlights are "ribbed" between the lights.

My C4S was raspy when I had my stock mufflers, but now that I have Fisters installed it's much more raspy and brubly...

I never thought mine sounded bad when it was stock.
