Default Thinking about getting Victor Equipment Innsbruck Wheels

I like the VE Innsbruck's.

They come in matte black and silver.

What do you guys think would look best on my Seal Grey 996?

I vote matte black on your car. You haven't asked but you should wear a nice crisp blue button down with a pleated khakis tomorrow.

I actually am wearing a blue button down tomorrow, but with a blue suit not khakis.

Anyone have a picture of a grey 996 with black VE wheels?

Either wheel color would look great but I lean to the darker on the car.

Those wheels are not the Victor wheels but it does get the idea across.

I have the Victor Innsbrucks in Matte on my Arctic Silver 996. I love the look. My car is below with another shot of a Cayman.

The Wheel Dynamics appear to have a more concave face (at least at first look).

Very good choice as these are good quality, great looking and one of the lightest wheels out there. It doesn't hurt that they are very affordable either. Mine were $1265 out the door in May which included mounting/bal, valves, black caps with crest. Having these 7 months, I'm still very happy and I'm sure I made the right decision.

I think either color would look good on your car. The silver would look more conservative and traditional while the black would look more "now" and follow the current trends in customizing. I went with black and am very happy with my choice. I have found them actally not too bad to keep clean. I'd think black would be easier than silver.

Oh, and finally, the biggest plus for me is I noticed better handling and response with the lighter weight. I went for an aggressive drive in the canyons right after getting them mounted and could tell a difference for the better. Weight was the #1 factor in my decision to get new wheels, looks second, cost third.

Whenever I see a car with black wheels, my first reaction is that it lost its hubcaps. Not a fan. (This doesn't apply to aircooled)

When custom wheels were only for those with deep pockets, we did remove our hub caps to get "the" look. This was in the '60s and early '70s ;-)
