Getting Clutch-IMS-AOS-RMS done- Anything else recommended?
Any idea what this would cost- ball park? at a good Indy Shop? Clutch-RMS-IMS-AOS-MAF?
Having some clutch issues with the original clutch at 58k. so i'm gonna go ahead do the Clutch-IMS LN ENGINEERING (never worried about IMS but since i'm doing the clutch may as well change that part) RMS, AOS,
is there anything else i should do? like MAF (i think thats what its called) or Water pump? since the engine will be pretty much open for anything to be done!?

I just had my clutch, DMF, and IMSR all done for $2800 by my local indy. I think he gave me a reasonably good deal. We didn't do the RMS as it was dry. I should have done the AOS though... As a bonus, he installed my FisterD mufflers, which made it all worthwhile!
I don't think having the transaxle off helps with access to the water pump, but it is recommended to replace it at about ~60k miles.

going in for clutch I think its silly NOT to do these things... so you are smart
I would spring for the LNE IMSR kit (I think its about $600 plus an hour or so labor)
AOS about $100 and maybe 1/2 hour labor (otherwise 4-6 hours)
check the DM flywheel - if bad, $900
RMS is only a few bucks..$50? why not swap it out even if dry....the seal itself has some finite life expectancy
I know people say water pump, I dont...I dont see any advantage while doing a clutch...none

The only other item I can think of is the 2nd gear detent from Gbox if you have experienced 2nd gear pop outs. All other items like Ed said is really not a "while you are in there" item.
