I guess I'll be putting the winter tires on a little early...
I was hoping to make it until the end of the month, but we got about 4-inches of snow last night and it's still coming down hard today. I guess I'll be putting on the winter tires today or tomorrow!

It's a little early, but not too much. The traditional wisdom around here is that the winter tires should be mounted on October 15th and removed on May 15th.
I'm going down to the Colorado Avalanche home opener tonight - I guess we'll be taking the Allroad instead of the C4S! The Allroad is already riding on winter tires.

Up here in Canada.... Where it's supposed to be cold... it's 77F with nary a cloud. Forecast for tomorrow 81F...

I was in Alaska most of the week and it was very pleasant there - low 60s and sunny!

OP - sorry to hear about the snow, thats crazy early or normal around your parts for snow?
semi-ontopic, i cant imagine driving the 911 thru Chicago winters, we salt the **** outta the streets over here - so winter beater is a must

Cant believe how nice the weather is up her in the Midwest. Gives me time to run the P Car a bit more before putting it to rest for the winter. Good thing I dont have a hard top, otherwise I would probably be spending some $$ on winter rims/tires.
