I have purchased several items from them, and never had a problem. Although, one of the items is a ebrake, and they neglected to include my 40th anniversary gift. I noticed it when I opened the box and called them and they called me right back and promised to send me the 40th anniversary thingy I hope that this is resolved quickly Good luck
