Options? Colors? Coupe or Cab? Modifications? For sale by a private owner or broker/dealer? Where is it located? Why is the mileage so low? Who has been maintaining it? Does it have all of its service records? A little more information might help with better answers.

Options?
Hasn't been driven much. Hate to see that.
Excellence magazine says $34,900 plus 10% for low mileage = $38,390.
In this overheated market in the middle of summer if you get it for less than $39K you are doing ok.

If that car has had it's oil changed based on mileage and not time, run away.....
The difference between 8 oil changes (once a year) and 2 (once every 6k miles) will determine if the car is "impeccable" or not........
Also, what's the manufacture date on the tires? If they are the original tires, keep running.....

Its whatever the buyer is willing to pay for it. At this point, it is worth less than 50% of its original MSRP and has around 10% of its life used. You will have some bugs that needs to get worked out after buying it and driving it. Budget that into your purchase price. I would pay more for this car if the miles were consistently put on over the years.
