Oh yeah, gotta love dealers. I will stay away if they had complaints in the past

There are great examples of C4S' around with low decent miles. Don't let a higher mile car scare you. It sometimes can be a better car than garage queens with no history of services

IMHO, $45K for a coupe is high especially for a car with the options you described. That's on the low side of what a higher mileage Cab might run at a dealer. Then again I found a dealer with a low mileage '02 C4 Cab insisting on $45K -- now, that car was CPO'd but I still think it was high (and it's been on the dealer's lot since March).

Not that I have seen. I submitted the purchase price from when I bought my 03 Turbo and the numbers showed up with no changes. I was afraid to read the comments for fear I had overpaid and all the world would know but the comments -- I forget the exact wording -- stated I bought the car at a pretty good price, got a pretty good deal.

On a related note, I submitted the auction price I received for a totaled Cayman S (auctioned at a salvage car auction and with the required salvage title) and this info never appeared It was not in the issue in which my Turbo info appeared and I sent the Turbo and Cayman info in on the same day. And AFAIK the Cayman info never appeared in subsequent issues. My guess is Excellence doesn't publish salvage prices.

Sincerely,

Macster.

We have a private seller in South Carolina with a 2003 Porsche C4S in a 6-speed asking $38K. If you are ok with the color than this car should be perfect for you - 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S for Sale in Charleston, SC 29407

Why is the passenger door a different color than the rest of the interior?

That's a rare find. I'd take it over a black interior!

Imagine keeping light grey mats clean!! I have a uglier set I carry with me in the front just for when it rains so I can put them over the good set. The things we deal with while owning a Porsche
