My '02 does this as well. Normally pressure guage starts at 4-5 bar idle - after warm up is around 2 -3
(mobil 1 0W40)

Once is a while the guage dies to zero - warning message comes on and then after 30 secs or so it jumps back to 5+

Car is running fiine

PO reported that to dealer - but they couldn't reproduce at the time - so nothing done

I tried cleaning sender terminals - still have same issue (intermitently)

The sender is a $70 part and about 1 hr labor to change- so I will do that soon

There are a couple of people here that did DIY - but looks kind of hard to get in there to replace (you need to rig up special tool - or get it on a lift and go in from bottom after removing wheel and heat shield - I think)

Interesting read as I've experienced that problem too... scrolled through the TSBs and couldn't find anything on the Oil Pressure Sender.
For some reason I had oil level mixed up with oil pressure. The title of the thread threw me off. Anyways, the TSB is pertinent for the 2002 model as the OP has.

On a different note the oil level sender is also a major pain to get at with the engine in. The psngr intake manifold must come off, possibly the A/C. And probably drop the engine a little bit to gain access to the long multi function sensor.

It sits on top the 4-6 cam cover.

You can use a crows foot on a long extension and get at it from the bottom.

With the psngr muffler and wheel out it might be accessible with a stub wrench and a small hand.

From the top you would have to remove the psngr intake manifold, and probably including the A/C, which is a major PITA.
