yea, when changing wheel diameter the speedo and oil temp become blocked, many aircooled guys rotate them to make them visible... I have the speedo so I can see 120 and below, anything over rare for me though last track day I was 130+ on the front side

I plan to rotate the oil one the CCW 90 deg at this angle I look "over" the wheel to see the temp and can see the light without moving... I am not 100% sure which is best so I am playing

and yes, thats 171444 miles! - I have put about 20K and the odometer was broke for a few months...its actually about 2-3k higher but who cares at this point

Staighten those gages! The tach and the oil pressure are all you really need to see.

thanks, but I DD the car and when 50-80 are invisible on the speedo and you live in a state that is broke (like all of them) and out to generate revenue...knowing the speed is worth the poor looks from rotaion...

An observation from the pic taken from the driver's seat. With the speedo back in the upright position the tip of the needle will not be visible only when illegal speeds are reached. There you go!

I don't get why you have the tach rotated. I get the other guages, but not the tach. Do you drive with your head tilted to the left?

Of course I have a 996. I can see all my guages.

Tach rotated so I can see the needle hit 5k without looking down (periphular vision - straight up) many people put redline straight up, I prefer to look when going to redline
