I added the aluminim gauge rings a few weekends ago. They had been in my garage for awhile, and I was not 100% sold on the look. However, I got bored and needed something to do. They ended up looking great.
The larger ones fit real tight, but the small ones on the end (oil pressure and battery gauges) definitely needed some extra silicone and still don't fit real snug. My wife says I am crazy for "glueing **** on a Porsche". She may have a point.
