Sorry, no spoiler for sale, although I've been dreaming about getting a GT2 wing for quite some time.

Sure I can ship this part worldwide. You can PM me your mailing/postal address (or post it here if you don't mind the world seeing it). Then I can provide you with some shipping options. And I accept paypal for international payments.

Also just to double verify, this remote will need to be programmed by someone who has a porsche computer (such as a dealer or independent shop who has a PST2 or PIWIS). The programming process requires all of your working remotes and keys to be present as well. And lastly just to reinforce this part works on 1998 to 2000 model year 996's. And I think I remember from a previous post your car is ROW, so it will work as long as the model year is right. I'm not sure if the remote will work for newer cars, so your mileage may vary or if you know more than I do about this then go for it.

I drive a 2000 Porsche. I was actually thinking of just using the shell. Would that be possible?

Yes you can transfer the "guts" from one remote to another very easily.
