Haha, i can't get the tubi mufflers except through my dealer in singapore ... Tey charge an arm and a leg for the tubi muffler so i went with my alternative, Fabspeed. I like the fabspeed, only thing is it drones but it is livable.

I was just wondering if i swapped out the CATS for fabspeed's X-pipe would that reduce drone.

Cheers

I am not that sure. I have been using the cans for about 5 months now. Maybe 2000km on them? Definitely can hear less drone but it is still there.

I heard drone is more dominant in the narrow body cars, and less in the wide body.

Agreed. Once I drove about 2k miles on the MaxFlows then added the FabSpeed headers, the drone went away.

Hopefully by adding fabspeed's X-pipe the drone will go away. Not gonna change the headers as it does not do much anyways.

drone is a function of the exhaust... adding xpipe cats will seriously magnify this drone... go get PSE or FISTER D

one of the best sounding "mods" for a stock exhaust for sure...

if you can get RUF or PSE exhaust they also sound great but $$$ ... for the money FisterD wins.
