Chao,
We get 12 hours labor, (@85/hr thats $1025.00)for a 996 IMS. The single row IMS is 519.00, dual is 599.00. Then there are your obvious components like RMS, oil & filter, new crank and pressure plate bolts, clutch if needed. We also inspect the tensioners and replace if needed.

At that point we'd just drop the whole thing down and do it all outside, solid 2+ day job. I'll send you a pm as I didn't intend on turning Marc's ims thread into Rich's promo thread.

I wouldn't address the pads without addressing the "while you're at it items" like water pump, aos, ims etc. all that with a nice neat clean up job takes a lot of time to do properly. IMO it makes most sense to bite the bullet and knock it all out in one shot.

Sorry my bad, I have the IMS upgrade kit on order from my dealer and was planning on the RMD, clutch, water pump, ASO but not sure about the cam pads. Service manger said he would worry about it right now because the car has just under 40K miles.

On my 18x11R, I am running 285/30/19 Dunlop SP9000 - they are def too narrow for the wheel, 315/25/19 would be a perfect fit to ensure 0% speedometer error according to the tire calc:
