Default 996 with Lobsters

I just got the summers on for cruising and enjoying the sun!
This is what the "Lobster Claws" look like on my old 996
Hankook Ventus V12
Front: 235/35ZR19
Rear: 295/30ZR19
No spacers.... Yet

A Big Thanks to Ed AKA: 2K996MIA for your help!!

Looks sharp, the mod bug will take over anytime now( FisterD's, exh tips, painted bumperettes, smoked LED tails, window tint ( look better on coupes)); methinks you need a matching silver hood crest. If the offsets are 57F, 67R, then you can go with 13-15mm front spacers, and 5-9mm rear, I use 13F/7R with no issues.

Looks great! It would look even better an inch lower in the rear and two and a half up front.

I almost confused it with a 997. What a big difference the wheels make...Especially when you're used to seeing them on another vehicle.

There's no rubbing with this tire size. I'm not sure what other sizes would fit but these do the trick.

I am surprised you have no rubbing, are you sure the tires dont' rub the fender liner when you trun the wheels left or right to their full lock position ?

I just went out and inspected the tires turning hard right and left and no rubbing.
There's only about 8mmm of space or so, enough to see, but not enough to fit my fingers between. With this setup you can expect no rubbing, also my car is not lowered.

They do look modern! What's the ride like with such low profile tires?

Front Wheel:Size: 8.0Jx 19 Offset: 57 Front Tire Size: 235/35/19
Rear Wheel: Size: 11Jx 19 Offset: 67 Rear Tire Size : 295/30/19

The ride is fine... how do you answer that lol. If anyones in the area and would like to drive it your more than welcome. I know Jasper has had a drive of it.

I had the winters on before so coming from that these summers are great.
It's possible that if I could really drive this car on a track I may not like straying from the 18's... but for me using the car as a DD and mucking about it's great!
We'll see how the summer goes and if I ever get to a track
