I concur.
The simple truth is that your car is worth whatever you and a prospective buyer decide - and that number is probably somewhere between $15,000 and $22,000.
In my experience mods rarely add to the value of a car. Instead they can actually scare off a buyer who is looking for a sports car but is not a fanatic like ourselves. Mods of the type on your car also generally scream - 'track car!' That can be a turn off for a lot of buyers. They are probably mistaken, but that doesn't help you sell the car.
Of course, you there may be a buyer who is looking for a car with all of those mods... but you will probably wait a long time for that person to find you. Your best bet may be to return the car to as stock a condition as you can and emphasize overall condition and service records, rather than advertise a highly-modded car.
Or I could be completely wrong ;-)

Hi Steve,
Thank you for the comments. I put a deposit down on the turbo so I may have to deal with owning 2 Pcars for a while. I can think of worse things in life.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I have heard everything from, the car having high miles to cosmetically not perfect but I feel that this car is represented honestly. The road rash is consistent with a car this age and miles in its original paint.
I don't want any buyer to have any surprises. Guess this is why I am not in automotive sales.

What a knock out looking 993 turbo Chao. Be patient and a buyer will pull the trigger. You have a well equipped 996, and so many recent replacement parts and work done that someone should notice the value.GL

Chao I hope everything goes well with the PPI because that is a BEAUTIFUL car. RUF does great work so I am sure you will get a complete report.

Damn that's a nice car and some nice mods and maintenance! If I was in the market for a second 996 I would definitely buy yours...... Good luck with the sale!
