FS: OEM Porsche Becker CDR-23 Radio - MINT!
Up for sale is an OEM Porsche Becker CDR-23 radio that was removed from my 996 GT3. As you can tell by the pictures, the radio is in mint condition and has been very lightly used as evidenced by the *****, which are scratch and fade free.
I have the radio code and it will be provided to the buyer.
Prefer local pickup in SF Bay Area but willing to ship as well. Asking $200 and buyer pays shipping. Thanks for looking!
Porsche Part #: 996.645.128.05
NOTE: Only compatible with MY 2003+ cars with the MOST-bus system.

Curious as to what was the replacement for the CDR 23 and did the new unit have ipod accessibility ?

I might take this off your hands. I have Porsche looking at my stereo on Monday, but I don't think it's covered under CPO....so....
My CDR23's volume goes up and down frequently...but not with engine speed/rpm. Just random.Plus when it's cold outside, it simply don't turn on at all. It just says Porsche and then nothing. It's irritating as hell.
I'm not sure I want to drop $3K to rip out all of the MOST and install a new system this year, so if they won't replace/fix mine and you haven't sold it by Tuesday, I'll take it off your hands.

You guys crack me up...so the OEM unit was replaced with an Alpine unit by the previous owner. I called up the dealer and gave them my VIN # and the serial # for the CDR-23, and they provided me with a radio code for it. But, like you guys said, if it doesn't need a radio code at all, then all the better!
