There are two different shelves - you want the upper one to replace the CD Holder.
Good site. Just ordered it and have it bookmarked.

Thanks.

I thought the price seemed kind of steep for a piece of plastic, but the result is well worth the money. I hated the way the CD holder looked. It reminded me of 1970's computing equipment.

FYI, Pop out all of the CD trays, grab hold of them and yank. The whole thing comes right out with a little tug. The new shelf just clicks in.

Living in Boca Raton in the 80's, owning a yacht, rec'ing with hookers and blow, was cheaper than what you just walked into.

Air hose...improved air intake sound and it looks cool. Despite sellers' claims, it should have little to zero impact on performance.

I have the Schnell intake hose. After installing it I removed the resonator from inside of the airbox, plugging the hole with a 1-1/2 inch pvc male pipe adaptor and threaded pipe cap and a rubber gasket (the "home depot" mod...described on renntech.org).

I don't know, but from reading most recent posts here, the Evo air intake seems to be a popular one....

I think for performance the "RSS Plenum" is a good mod for the money...

also do a search for "orange cap mod" which accomplishes nearly the same thing as your ebay link for a lot less money.
i did it, but I can't hear much difference.

you can try just driving it
figure out good places to cruise the car to.
plan trips so wife takes over the driving at specific spot that begins the real scenic portion of cruise.

Just make sure the BIG stuff goes to your office/work. Then you try to get it installed before taking car home if at all possible. Tell wife that you got such a smoking deal and that you will be selling other stuff to compensate the costs. I got me out of trouble a few times. Oh, have a separate Ebay/Craigslist bank account. I know of a few friends that do... lol
