Default Rear seats and spare tire removed.

Not that much weight savings but every little bit counts. The rear seat delete really cleans up the back area. Was pretty easy to remove the rear seats. 10 min of work and I left the seat belts in so I can put them back very easy if I ever feel the need to....doubt it though. Car is running like a champ.

Nice! I commend you for doing what few people do to their cars. The spare tire is pretty heavy, and every little bit does count. Your tires will thank you.

Less weight in the font may not be a good thing on a P car. That having said that was the first mod I did...LOL
I have read that some even went to the extend to putting bags of cement in the front to balance the car. Oh well.

I weighed my rear seats when I removed them on a bathroom scale over 2 years ago, 18 lbs. as I recall. I was amazed how it totally changed the rear seating area.

Just a pic of the rear seats out. Had to put a pic of the interior though in this post...

Little by little, this car is almost perfect for me. Not much more to go. Best thing, working and doing the stuff on your own. I modify all my cars and hand wash/wax them. It is a nice stress reliever.

I like the console....has to stay. Thought about getting rid of it...but can't.

As long as it's on the gas pedal!
