Default FS: Stock 996 GT3 Headers.. Good 996 Upgrade!

Selling my Stock GT3 Headers. They were on the car for ~10K No issues just upgraded.. These are a plug & Play for standard 996 3.6ltr. engines and are a good upgrade.

SORRY EVERYONE>>> THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS INCORRECT THESE WILL NOT FIT ANYTHING BUT A 996GT3

Thanks

Dave, are you sure that the GT3 headers are plug and play with the M96 motor?

They won't fit. Different bolt pattern on the M96.

996 GT3 doesn't.

Dave my bad, I guess I had too much caffeine that day, sorry mate.

When you asked I was only thinking in terms of header tubing diameters and said yes that would be an upgrade, totally forgot about the pattern.

Rookie question here. Other than looking sweet, what do new or upgraded headers do for you?

(scared to ask a rookie question here but please give me an easy time guys.)

Basic answer is that it increases the flow of air, which is why it is louder. By increasing airflow through your engine (exhaust being the last part) you gain more HP.
