$4.21 for 91 was the highest I saw here in Poway (San Diego). At least Costco's around the corner is $3.99. Makes me sick how much the gas company's and middle eastern oil families are making; and for no real reason other than the fact that they can, because they have us by the *****.

But if the wife still wants a Cayenne, maybe those prices will fall a bit. I doubt it. Prolly only less-desirable SUV's will get traded in because of gas prices.

All in all, most of us have nothing to complain about.
In the 90's an ice cream cone was $14. I don't see how they do it but in a lot of tourist trap places there are regular price tags along with a higher price if a Japanese person is buying the same item. Japan isn't the only ones screwing around with pricing.

Yah we went cheap when america dumped the colonies mentality. I feel for you having to put up with the license plate tracking stuff that mails tickets for having averagely higher speeds

Boy, those days are long gone!!!

18 cent gas wars were good. When I vacationed in the middle east they have the gas pumpers and windshield washers that do the check oil or go in and buy stuff for you.

You should get a road tax exemption since the roads knock expensice parts off your car filling up the potholes.

I don't see why anybody complains after BP gave us all that free oil in the gulf.
We will always have higher than anyplace else over here until they figure out how to burn lava and rocks.

They should up the $75 max per credit swipe limit. That is a pain when filling up my diesel GL but it all goes away when I see a range of 650 miles.

I would seriously look at the VW touraeg diesels. 30MPG hwy and nice design and I am sure better MPG than the cayenne hybrid.
