Congrats,
Love the white but it looks like it needs some blue stripes down the center

Funny. As a kid, I had a 959 poster above my bed too. White 959 Gruppe B.

Nice car. Congrats!

Hope you get a 959 some day

When washing watch out for concentrated streams of water near the tops seal. Sometimes they leak.

Glad to see your dream came true.

I also had the S2000...great car, real solid. Best transmission every built. Very different drive but same light and low front.

On my Second Porsche 996 , great german sports car...first thing PORSCHE ALUMINUM PEDAL 911

Find a nice C4S front bumper on ebay.

I found one for 400$ on ebay... take off/put on.

Congratulations -- I know the feeling! I had a 959 poster and a 930 poster in my bedroom, I think my parents still have that stuff stored away somewhere. I should find them and put them up in my garage...

Anyway, enough about me: your car is beautiful and your dog is beautiful. May you have many thousands of years of enjoyment with both!

I think you've just captured the psychological profile for a rennlister.

I too bought the car that was on my wall, but newer. My poster was a 1985 black on black targa. When I decided to buy a 911, I figured that the 11 year-old me would have wanted 33 year-old me to follow through on the dream - even though I found a couple really nice C4Ss.

I now own a 996 black on black Targa.

You did very well.
Good luck finding a 959...
