When I look at all of the little niggly warranty repairs done on my car in the first 15,000 miles I shudder to think what might be ahead for this carefully kept time capsule.

Bruce Anderson's formula for very low mileage cars has always been to add 10% to the value. He values a pristine '02 at $28K. Add 10% and you get $30,800. Round up a bit more and I think $32K is about right. Your friend might get that much. Maybe.
