Dallas work... Doesn't look like the factory could do any better. Great job!

Your interior... Looks fantastic with the aluminum trim. Excellent taste. Well done.

I am just about to send the wheel from my '02 996 Carrera to Don at Dallas Steering Wheel.

I have been back and forth between Alcantra and Leather, due to concerns regarding the long term wear ofAlcantra compared to Leather.

Were you concerned about long term wear of Alcantrea, or perhaps you just wanted to get your GT3 on, and never even considered Leather?

Thanks for any input - Mawgie

Not as much as possible but definitely a few more trim pieces,e brake handle storage bin cover etc.alcantara wears very well, and can be cleaned with a mild detergent with great results! This really helps the very grey(graphite) interior.

Cool

Blue stitching looks GREAT, Randy! You will LOVE the Alcantara look and feel for a very long time.

I have had an Alcantara steering wheel (and shift boot) on my car for 2 1 /2 years now. No indication of any wear - car is a daily driver and occasional DE car. Steering wheel is never hot to the touch in the summer, or cold in the winter. Color is black so it doesn't show any dirt, either.

I would do it again in a heart beat to any future Porsches.
