Default How to remove Sports Seats plastic backs? Advice sought

Just in case anyone here has removed the seat backs, can someone point me in the direction of any instructions or give any tips to get the backs off
for painting?

Here is a photo I found of the backs already removed.

It is this type of seat

Thanks for any advice (before I break them trying to get them off)

I can tell you this. My friend and I did this and had his seat back painted. Came out great. Was a lot of work to remove the seat backs but worth it....

I will try to write something up and email to you later...

If you have a moment, post it here. I know that a bunch of us would be interested in the process. Thanks!

Does anyone know if this is the same method to remove the center pad on the comfort seats? My passenger side lumbar has failed and I'd like to replace the bladder.
