The piston / wrist pin install is wicked

not something that can just be done IMO - like J. R. says, need some special tools like a borescope

We have classes scheduled in March and September of 2011 now.. I may add a November class if the demand is great enough.

Ivangene, Anyone can install the pistons if they have the proper tools... BUT the question is how many times will they have to disassemble the engine before they get it right?? Tearing the whole thing down to fetch a lost circlip is a reality, but not if one uses my methods. This engine is painful to learn about with trial and error- thats how I gained all my knowledge and it sucked!
Now the engines are simpler for us to produce than their aircooled counterparts.

yea, I can see the clip doing the wrong way a real time waster....not to mention the checking for propper seating so it runs longer than just a "little while" - I was surprised how much effort it took to do that one step... I am sure the class hos a plethora of other hints and tricks that would save a guy tons of time/money - and avoid pitfalls
