googled those and they look like reps of the Champion RG5B... the lugs connecting both pieces are differently placed

I have the same on my car. At least the same look. I don't think mine have much marking on them so I can't be sure they are the same, but they sure look similar.

They do looks similar but the ones for sale have this strange cut out for the valve stem. I saw pictures of real champion RB4's which also have this cutout but I cant find any info on RB4's are they seem like an old discontinued model.

I can't imagine that Champion has their wheels made in Japan. I would call them. That is the ONLY way you are going to find out. THe last thing you want to do is sell a set of replicas that turn out to be genuine. Or....worse yet, misrepresent a set a wheels as Champion that are not.

Champions are made in Japan... OP call champion wih the Serial Numbers to make sure they are real...
