i've been able to put 3 tires and luggage in the car. black garbage bags. 2 tires in the back, one in the front seat. I could have stacked the two in front giving me 4 tires inside, but I need to see the side view mirror.

With air. But even without air the 18" wheels plus 1" rim + 1" deflated tire will still hit the hood. I did add two garbage bags to the tool kit.
