If it took gas but had zero affect on the output you may have a prob with the HVAC unit like maybe a door isn't opening. I'm sorry couldn't be more help to you.

I have to assume that's the compressor kicking in...yes?
easy enough to look.. have some one turn it on and off while you are looking at the belt. you will se it kickin on and off

Unhappy 2004 996 C4S moves HVAC and now no cold AC

Hello everyone, I have learned a lot from reading all of these posts and wanted to thank everyone for contributing.

Question for everyone:
Just installed the PCCM + in my car. everything with the PCCM is working great, it actually does just shut off sporadically but trying to figure that out as I go. When installing the PCCM + I had to relocate the HVAC unit to the bottom and rerun all the wires in the back. Total PITA.... after moving this unit my AC blows cold for about a minute and then blows warm air. is there something that I need to do to reset the HVAC and or condenser in the car? Does anyone know anything about this?

I just found out the answer to my question from another post. if you run the PCCM + on AMP mode (which you are told to do in moist cases) it turns off the HVAC /AC compressor. AC back blowing COLD!
