Default cam securing fixture or tool

Would anyone happen to have the dimensions for making the cam securing tool ?I have a 1999 Cab with an apparent stuck cam accuator .Using the Durametric it's a flat 12 degrees idle to 6000 rpm .The Durametric folks say that they have had reports of a broken spring causing this condition .What's curious is that it doesn't trip the cel .

Since I have to open it up -thought I would also check/replace the lifters - tensioners and replace the IMS bearing .The big decision is the LN bearing or Pelican .The Porsche bearing has worked for 116,000 miles -probably safe bet that another would last until it's clutch time again .(clutch was replaced by previous owner 5,000 miles ago )
Thanks
Dave

PM me with your email and I will send you a dimensioned drawing and some pics for making the tool. Pretty easy to make, particularly if you have a drill press. I made mine with a vice and a hand drill.
