Default What's the Deal with DC Auto

I contacted these guys weeks ago looking for a fore/aft/height adjustment seat switch ****. They told me they could get me one and would get me a price. I emailed and called back twice but they seem to be too busy to get me a price on this part.

I know it is a small part and not worth a lot but for the sake of getting a satisfied customer that will come back I don't understand their actions. This is totally opposite of my experience with Parts Heaven but unfortunately they don't have the part I need.

Does anyone know how to get through to these guys? Does anyone have any other suggestions of good dismantlers that may have this part?

Call and specifically ask for Rob - the owner. Tell him exactly what happened and he will fix it. Good guys. Just overwhelemed at times.

At at track event last month he told me they get 2-5 inquiries a day about usded M96 engines. Scary.
