I have not regretted a second of having it.

Winter project??? Huh?? It took me 6 hours to do the swap. I made friends with a guy who had use of a lift. Saved a few hours that way.
Sneaky Pete did you also have to separate the ball joints? If so I'll make sure to pick up the tool.

Ok - but read more than think... you will discover if you look at the srping rates and ride heights and overall package that the X74 really is a nice daily driver and the changes are "enough" to know you did something where as the M030 is just too subtle of a change to go thru all that work...just not enough cowbell and you will be thinking "I gota have more cowbell"
seriously
seriously

no, i found them burried in a thread - there was a link to a huge write up by some university in combination with some test lab. It was on a M030 search withing RL - I read a lot of stuff but in the end I was convinced the M030 was just not going to be enough cowbell for my $$ and effort

Pete influenced me into getting the X74 suspension, and i couldnt be happier with the new suspension set up. The car handles so much better both on the street and track. (thanks Pete and Ed).
I ordered from Gert had the suspension installed by folks more mechanically inclined than me..
Getting the right allighment is also critical, depending on how you plan on using the car..
Yes its low and stiff, and I love it...

OK, this may have been covered and I did read some really old topics on this but here goes anyway. How much would the ROW drop the seeminly already lower 40th Anniversary Edition? I am not ready do do just yet but I am going to deffinately drop my 40AE as the moon buggy look even with the 10mm drop over standard just does not look right. I am in S. Florida and will rarely track the car so I was kinda narrowing down to either the 030 ROW (Can I use my existing swaybars & shocks?) or seriously considering the X74. I do not find the current suspension harsh or in any way negatively and I have lowered other cars so I know what that usually means. Now granted I don't want kidney jarring but I do understand a drop is a drop and is not going to ride like a Mercedes. BTW, that is one of the reasons I got rid of the Mercedes and got a Porsche
