I have been playing with it here in the house and I am sure its not going to be a dyno machine.. but it actually it very sensitive and I think will give, at least a good bench mark and lateral g's. Its actually pretty neat

I want it for bench mark reasons. like if i feel the car is acting "slushy" is it me or the car.... I think it is pretty acurate on 0-60. It said I was 6.12 for my best and 6.22 on my slowest.. and whats porsche say 5.9? Not bad for a rookie?

Wait a second... It looks like Porsche says 4.9 not 5.9... Thats a whole 1.3 seconds..... HUH... I think i better have it checked by a real dyno.. Looks like I may be missing some power?

If you get a kick out of this app, you MUST get the "Track Master" app if you have an iPhone or Android phone and track your car. Also supplement it with the camber gauge app if you have adjustable camber plates.

Must be the LNE update that's causing you to lose over a second from Porsche's 0-60 times.

The only way a dyno app would work for the iphone is to turn it on, lay it on the ground, run over it with a rear wheel, pop the clutch -- then let the app measure the distance the spinning tire threw the iphone across the parking lot. There ought to be a setting for grass where it might not skid quite as far. No setting for a brick wall....but you might be able to count the pieces to get an indirect measurement.
