Have a 99 Cab,when the top goes up and down it seems to go slow and is noisy like it needs lube,probably never been done,i have read that you take the carpet panel off behind the rear seats and lube the turning screws,there are 2 screws holding this panel,i took the screws out and the thing dont budge,seems like its locked in everywhere,any info?

Not sure about the lubricating the cab top components. To take off the carpeted panel behind the rear seats, remove two screws, then slide the panel DOWN. Then, pull out at the top (there is a black tab to help with this) to remove the panel.

Have you ever serviced the hydraulic fluid?

never did anything with the fluid,any idea where its located?
