Default Ignition switch broken..

Well, my ignition switch finally gave out. I've read all the threads on here about it and I figure it's the $12 ignition switch part. The key gets stuck coming out and is a pain to get back in. It's mushy and I have to turn it back counter-clockwise after I start the car to get the lights and A/C to come on.

I was looking on Pelican parts and was wondering which one to get. I have a 2000 C4. I see that they have:

Ignition Switch, Electrical Portion Only (NOTE: Only for cars with an ORIGINAL lock assembly), 996 Carrera 2/4 (1999-03), 996 Turbo (2001-03) part number 4A0-905-849-B-M5352 by JL

Ignition Switch, Electrical Portion Only, LATE-STYLE (NOTE: Only for cars models with LATE-STYLE lock assembly #996-347-017-07), 996 Carrera/Carrera 4 (1999-03), Carrera/Carrera 4 (2004-05), 996 Turbo (2001-03), 996 Turbo (2004-05) part number 4B0-905-849-M100 by Porsche

Ignition Switch, Electrical Portion Only, LATE-STYLE (NOTE: Only for cars models with LATE-STYLE lock assembly #996-347-017-07), 996 Carrera/Carrera 4 (1999-03), Carrera/Carrera 4 (2004-05), 996 Turbo (2001-03), 996 Turbo (2004-05) part number 4B0-905-849-M5061 by Meistersatz

As far as I know I have the orginal lock assembly, but all 3 of them say they'll work on a 2000, and I thought only post 2004 cars had the late style. I dont know which one to pick, lol. Any help please??

It looks like Porsche superceded the original part number 4A0905849B with
4B0905849B
According to the TSB in the link either will work.
