Default Another AC issue

The AC on my 99 C2 when at speed works fine and blows cold. I have noticed the last two days when at idle the cold goes away. Any suggestions before I take it my indy?

Are your radiator fans working? Maybe they're not moving air over the condensers when you're stationary.

had the car idling with ac on. Radiator fans should be running with AC on. I hear a faint whirring. Can't tell if that is the fans. I checked the fuses. They were ok. Took the fuses out and started car with AC on. Still heard the same whirring. Not sure if the radiator fans are working.

The radiator/condenser fan are quite loud. If they are running you can't miss it. This is probably your problem.

Put your hand under the car in front of the front wheels. If your hand feels a lot of wind, the fans are running.
